Confirmed working on 5.10.3 through 5.12.25

After extracting the MSI from the install, if you try to install manually with /QN it will fail with a 1603. if you try to run it manually it will say you have to run it from the exe. To get around this, add the property WRAPPERCALLEDME=1 to the command string after /qn. This will take the defaults and throw the icon in the start menu and in the all users desktop
